For dinner we ordered the sirloin steak, cooked at a perfect medium rare and the salad bar. Our steak was tender, juicy and the light sauce of white wine and tarragon was the perfect touch! Alongside our steak we dug into a baked potato with sautéed kale,tomatoes, haricots verts and shallots, all of which were great.
Even if you’re not interested in a big piece of meat, the salad bar is simple, yet fresh and very appetizing. You can choose from a variety of lettuce, vegetables, and dressings. Dinner at Peder Oxe was hearty, satisfying and great for cold evening.
